01No financial advice
Vorlune is a software tool for creating and verifying payment requests on the Solana blockchain. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
02Non-custodial software
Vorlune never holds, controls or has access to your funds or private keys. Transfers occur directly between the payer and the recipient on the Solana network. We cannot reverse, refund, freeze or recover any transaction.
03Risks of digital assets
Digital assets and blockchain networks involve substantial risk, including price volatility, network congestion or outages, smart contract and wallet vulnerabilities, stablecoin de-pegging, and irreversible loss from mistakes such as sending to a wrong address. Only transact amounts you can afford to lose.
04Verify before you pay
Always confirm the recipient address, amount, asset and network before approving a transaction in your wallet. Payment links can be created by anyone; Vorlune does not verify the identity or trustworthiness of the person who created a request.
05Confirmation of payments
Payment status is derived from public Solana RPC data at the time of the check. Network conditions, RPC provider behavior or chain reorganizations may delay or affect status. A confirmed status is informational and not a guarantee of finality, delivery of goods, or fulfilment of any underlying agreement.
06Availability and no warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation and may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
07Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorlune and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
08Compliance and eligibility
You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including those relating to digital assets, taxes, sanctions and anti-money-laundering. Do not use Vorlune where it is prohibited. Vorlune is not available to persons or in jurisdictions where its use would be unlawful.
09Third-party services
Vorlune relies on third-party wallets, the Solana network and public RPC infrastructure. We are not responsible for their availability, security or behavior.
